This is the part responsible for Driving the high voltage coil of the ignition system of corolla ke50.
Previously the ignition coil was dived directly by the platinum point breaker and this enhances the process by reducing the current through breaker points and driving the coil directly through a transistor.
This helps smooth ignition and also efficient high voltage conversion.
